Outside of school, I love art, running, reading (non-fiction recently!), bar hopping, and chatting with friends. Although there isn’t too much to do in New Jersey, I have loved growing up here and have tons of Jersey pride. However … living so close to the city (New York) and going to school in Boston gave me a real appreciation for the hustle and bustle of urban life, and I hope to find myself there more permanently later on.

My friends and family have given me an amazing life, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of it. However, this means I don’t have a fun dramatic origin story to share, so instead, here are a few fun facts about me:

1. How I Met Your Mother is my favorite show — I think I’ve seen it fully through about 10 times so far. I’ve also seen the lead character Josh Radnor, who is now a musician, live in concert.
2. I’ve run two half-marathons, one in Brooklyn and one in Boston. Both of them were extremely painful and I told myself I would never run again following each one. Now, I want to run the New York City Marathon.
3. I have a dog named Marble, he’s a small 16-pound Bichon, and his favorite activities are chasing leaves, going to Starbucks to get pup-cups, and getting his butt scratched.
